We are living in a time of uncertainty. A time when we may feel off balance, ungrounded and turned around. This workshop will help negotiate the discomfort and honor these feelings. We will examine ways find “normal” even when we are challenged by change and disorientation.

Do you find yourself longing for a greater sense of spirituality? Are you questioning how to tap into the place within you that is your divinity?
In an age where more and more people feel removed from traditional religion, we may find ourselves craving deeper connection to God and our own Divine Spirit. Shabbhakti is a way into that connection. It is a physical and devotional practice that helps us manifest the universal tenets of the Torah, the Old Testament. While the themes are steeped in Biblical teaching anyone and everyone from any religion, or none at all, can find a connection to their spiritual center through this alignment-based asana practice. In fact, these teachings and tenets are found in all major religions and are what unifies rather than divides us.
During this 2 hour workshop, we will come together in movement, mantra, and meditation to reawaken the universal principals that define each of our connection to the broad concept of God. In community, we will find our own expression of the Divine spirit that exists within us so that we can embody it daily even, and especially, off the mat.
